Tanzeem's Current Situation- How People Can be so cruel?

Tanzeem Nasle Nau Hazara Mughal is a Quetta based educational, welfare, cultural and social organisation. It has been operating for 50 years now. Undoubtedly, this is one of the oldest welfare organisation of the Hazara nation. But, in recent days it is surrounded by many controversies and the reason behind this situation is Tanzeem's old members themselves.

With out diving in to details, when I first heard of this hustle and bustle and knew about the problem makers. My believe on loyalty, commitment, honesty, professionalism and dedication shattered to a great extent. I thought that the people who went on to make another parallel "Tanzeem" are those who were once die heart "Tanzeemis". They have spent 20, 30 years of their lives associated and working with that organisation. 

I questioned myself repeatedly, that how can they do this to their very own organisation?. If they had any type of reservations and concerns they could have dealt with it remaining in the organisation or leaving it, without defaming the organisation they have worked for, so many years. Tanzeem is not the name of one person. It is the name of  a vision, a cause which has educated thousands of Balochistani students, Hazaras specially. 

I think that in our nation, it is becoming a culture to defame the organisation you resigned or are fired from. Ultimately, this is not a decent culture. It has to change since this type of "self-centred" revolts can create mess and mess only.

Seeing the faces so familiar, those faces who rose to fame due to Tanzeem are defaming it now. They want to tear down Tanzeem who supported and guided them in many ways, from the days when they were literally nothing, nothing. 

Analysing the Tanzeem's situation, I conclude, humans are the most unpredictable, unreliable creature ever. But, it does not mean that good humans do not exist. There are good people as well. Trying to keep up things, clearing the mess and aiming for betterment.
