Welcome Ramazan....

The most important month of Islamic calender has just arrived. The Afar ,the Sehri and the preparations for them are just an essential parts of Ramadan.Cooking many foods and eating them in afar and sehri just turns in to a food festival, but as a matter of fact we can say that above all that activities Ramadan has its own taste of worship. In our community Ramadan is celebrated very well at the utmost demands of this month.Sehri ,aftar, prayers, etakaf and reciting holy quran are the special contents. As far as eating and serving is concern our community is also ahead in it."PIRKI"(one of the most eaten snack in Ramadan) used to accompany "Parada".These are just the "HOT"favourites of every one in our community weather young or old.Other food items like ash, haleem(DALCHA),biryani n other stuff are just different colours of tradition in even celebrating Ramadan. Most of the people have their aftars in their homes along their families but we can not forget the AFTAR parties arrange to invite any special guest for having aftar in ones house.Sending aftar food items to one another is also a good tradition which reminds us of not forgetting our relatives and remembering them even in Ramadan in which everyone is just too busy with oneself prayers and fasting.
Regardless of Prayers and all Ramadan activities how can we forget the eid activities during the month of Ramadan. As u know the inflation problem through out the Pakistan this also effects our shopkeepers also like they call huge rates on the items which were available on 50% off before Ramadan. So if you want to shop well for eid then u have to complete your shopping before Ramadan. One should keep good care of oneself even in Ramadan by having a balance in aftar and sehri takings.Take special care of ill people around u like people suffering from Diabetes, blood pressure and other with stomach problem etc..Fruits and their juices should be the part of every sehri and aftar.
At last Wishing all the Muslims a Happy and a blessed Ramadan...May Allah forgives our sins and full fill our desires (AMEEN).
