A meeting with Zakia Behroz
The world today probably is all based on self projection. We see actors , companies ,brands , writes and business who have active facebook , twitter pages where they not only show up their work but also communicate with people.This practice is really useful for knowing people's pulse, their thoughts, their views.
Limiting our note to writers only , I would like to say that if a writer any writer of any caliber doesn't project his or her work she will be forgotten by people , really even it you are having tons of talent.
Zakia Behroz is one of those hidden gems of hazara nation among females whose work has to be not only recognised but publicised too.
She had wrote two books name " HANOZ DAR SAFARI " and "DARJAI GULL".Zakia Behroz expressed her feelings at its best on Hazara Target killing. When you hear her reading those appealing poems it just touch your heart, controlling its beats.

Children is not only a writer but a recycler too. She makes amazing interior decor from used bottles and dried flowers.
I met her first time today in a editorial board meeting, beside my eye on all hazara writers and poets i never heard of her noticeable contribution in literary world. She maintains a graceful silence blaming the male dominated society who donot appreciate the feminine work no matter how extra ordinary it is.
While talking to her i felt that she has the strong urge to serve the daughters of nation.
According to her she is first female hazara author in 1000 years . This is something really distinguished about her . She is fluent in Farsi and urdu .
I believe if she attend social events (which she usually avoid) talk about her work then she will be able to inspire many hazara women to contribute to betterment of society especially in literary world .
There are certainly many more hidden Zakia Behroz in our community we just need to encourage them and pamper them for inspiring work they are doing .
