A job of compromise !

There are different people , different tastes . Some love spring , some winters , some like spending time alone and some like to be surrounded by pals all the time .
It's certain that you don't have what you like always .
You make deals , a bit of compromises to live the life realistically .
A life with out compromises is fantasy and we all know that fantasies never come true .
I have seen people who are not happy with their job but they do it since they need money .
Steve jobs Said do what's your passion . When you work on your passion it's no more a job but a healthy practice which you enjoy .
I strongly believe that if you are happy ,
And satisfied , enjoying your work and the environment then you can deliver the best.
Tensed , frustrated , demoralised person can do nothing except harming his reputation and delay in assignments .
So When you feel that a compromise you made is ruining your life . It's snatching the reason of your smiles then you should leave .
Living your passion is the only way to happiness.

Money to shop , eat and live well and yeah the most important to spend a great quality time with my family .
